The aim is to promote behavioural change in favour of active mobility, public transport and other clean and intelligent transport solutions.
The theme chosen for this year's campaign is ' Sharing public spaces ' which is based on four main guidelines for intervention: 'Experiencing public space differently'; 'Let's redevelop urban space together'; 'School streets: creating a safe space for active travel' and 'Planning and designing safer streets'.
In Parma, the European Sustainable Mobility Week is coordinated and promoted by Municipality of Parma, with the involvement of various internal and external actors within the Municipality, including Tep Spa, Infomobility Spa and associations including Fiab Parma Bicinsieme.
